A Very Freaking Delicious White Chocolate Chip Fruit Tart

Step By Step


~Servings- 8 to 10 dessert loving frans


~The crust

  1. 3/4 cup of butter (softened)

  2. 1/2 cup 10x sugar

  3. 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour

~The Vanilla chip filling

  1. 10 ounce bag of vanilla morsels

  2. 1/4 cup whipping cream

  3. 1 package of cream cheese (softened)

~Fruit Topping

  1. 1 package of strawberries sliced

  2. 3 bananas sliced

  3. 2 kiwis peeled and sliced

  4. 1/2 teaspoon lemom juice



Instructions

~Crust

  1. Heat oven to 300 degrees F

  2. Mix together the butter and confectioners sugar until light and fluffy

  3. Add flour to sugar and butter mixture and combine well

  4. Grease a 12 inch round baking pan and then spread mixture evenly onto pan all the way to the edges

  5. Bake in the oven 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned.

  6. Set aside and let cool!

~ Vanilla chip filling

  1. in a microwave safe bowl microwave vanilla chips and whipping cream at high for 1 1/2 minutes

  2. Mix together microwaved mixture with softened cream cheese until smooth

  3. Place mixture in the fridge until ready to assemble fruit tart

~Fruit topping

  1. In a small saucepan combine sugar and cornstarch and turn on a medium heat

  2. Add the pineapple juice and lemon juice

  3. Stir constantly until thickened

  4. Set aside and cool until ready to assemble

~Assembly

  1. Once crust has fully cooled down spread on the cooled vanilla chip filling

  2. Arrange strawberries, bananas, and kiwi on top

  3. drizzle cooled fruit topping over fruit

  4. Slice like a pizza and enjoy
