A Very Freaking Delicious White Chocolate Chip Fruit Tart

Step By Step
~Servings- 8 to 10 dessert loving frans
~The crust
3/4 cup of butter (softened)
1/2 cup 10x sugar
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
~The Vanilla chip filling
10 ounce bag of vanilla morsels
1/4 cup whipping cream
1 package of cream cheese (softened)
~Fruit Topping
1 package of strawberries sliced
3 bananas sliced
2 kiwis peeled and sliced
1/2 teaspoon lemom juice
Instructions
~Crust
Heat oven to 300 degrees F
Mix together the butter and confectioners sugar until light and fluffy
Add flour to sugar and butter mixture and combine well
Grease a 12 inch round baking pan and then spread mixture evenly onto pan all the way to the edges
Bake in the oven 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned.
Set aside and let cool!
~ Vanilla chip filling
in a microwave safe bowl microwave vanilla chips and whipping cream at high for 1 1/2 minutes
Mix together microwaved mixture with softened cream cheese until smooth
Place mixture in the fridge until ready to assemble fruit tart
~Fruit topping
In a small saucepan combine sugar and cornstarch and turn on a medium heat
Add the pineapple juice and lemon juice
Stir constantly until thickened
Set aside and cool until ready to assemble
~Assembly
Once crust has fully cooled down spread on the cooled vanilla chip filling
Arrange strawberries, bananas, and kiwi on top
drizzle cooled fruit topping over fruit
Slice like a pizza and enjoy
