After Taking some time off in January Mom and I decided to get back into the swings of things by going out and supporting some local business's in our area ! To celebrate Galentine's we decided on something we both enjoy, but haven't done in awhile; FONDUE!! like who doesn't love cheese and chocolate. Colorado Fondue Company had been recommended to us a few times so we decided to give them a try. Conveniently one of our favorite breweries is located directly next to the fondue restaurant so we knew that had to be our next night out.
Our 1st stop the Colorado Fondue Co.!
As you can see in the pictures and video below it was a piece of fondue heaven. The cheese and chocolate were the traditional fondue we know and love, but it was a unique experience to work with cooking the meats on the hot stone. I believe they said that it was 700 degrees and it definitely cooked up that meat perfectly. Mom is not even a big fan of cooking and she enjoyed cooking on the stone. If you haven't had a chance to check out this local little spot in Casselberry you are missing out. It is cute, quaint and perfect for any date night!
Next stop was a fav little Brewery of ours right next door to the Colorodo Fondue Co.
Bowigens Brewery has been a fav in the past, but it's been a long time since we have had the opportuinty to visit again. Thankfully we were reminded of the Brewery's goods by our dear friend and amazing Bartender Rochelle. She was sure to take control and make sure we had a beer tasting of all their best.

Our Mother/Daughter pick was the Day Dream Tangerine. It had great flavor pofiles with a light and refreshing burst of citrus.
We highly recommend this local Brewery as must to visit for any craft beer seeking lover.
The Beer Flight was the perfect opportunity to try 5 of any one you choose. Rochelle, the best of all bartenders was kind enough to help us choose 5 to fit our palates and they were on point. The pours were generous and absolutely love their presentation!
The 5 beers we tried were Avalon Park Amber Ale, But I Don't Want to be a Pirate Hazy IPA, Frozen Tundra White IPA, I'm All Toasty Inside Pecan Pie Brown Ale, Cold Brew Vanilla Coffee Porter.
When you visit this great local find be sure to ask for Rochelle, tell her you heard she is the best bartender around and let her know who sent you! :)
