Merry Krampus, Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays from our Home to Yours,
Whiskey Teacup
Hot Toddy
Ingredients~ (Servings 2)
2 mint tea bags
2 tablespoons of honey
1 lemon cut in half
4 ounces of Jim Beam Honey Whiskey
Step By Step
Boil two mugs worth of water in a teapot
While waiting for water to boil add to your two cups of choice the teabags, honey, and lemon juice
Pour over the boiling water and let steep for 5 minutes
Remove your teabags once brewed and stir in your whiskey and enjoy !

Peanut Butter Hot Chocolate
Ingredients ~(Servings 4 people)
2 cups of whole milk
1 cup of heavy cream
1 bar of dark or milk chocolate
2 tablespoons of caramel
2 tablespoons of really strong coffee(don't be scared this just elevates the chocolate flavor)
1/2 teaspoon of Monin toasted marshmallow syrup(optional)
8 ounces of Peanut butter whiskeys
Step By Step ~
In a medium size saucepan add milk, heavy cream, caramel, chocolate bar(in pieces), caramel, and coffee and cook over a low heat; You do not want to boil your milk so low and slow is the game on this one
In the meantime we decided to make ourselves fresh whipped cream to top our hot chocolate with, but regular old marshmallows are just fine
Once your concoction is heated through allow to cool for 2 minutes
To your Favorite Mug add 2 ounces of your Peanut Butter Whiskey and 1/2 teaspoon of monin syrup (optional)
Then pour over the hot chocolate mixture; Stir thoroughly and top with whatever topping that suits your fancy and enjoy!

Homemade Eggnog
Ingredients~
6 eggs
2 cups of milk
1 cup of heavy cream
1 cup of sugar ( you can half this if you don't like it super sweet)
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 teaspoon of nutmeg
Step By Step~
Separate your 6 egg yolks from your egg white
Set aside your egg yolks and in a blender whip your egg whites into stiff pillowy peaks, this will take about 5 minutes or so
Once egg whites are done set aside in a separate bowl into the fridge to keep them cool
In a sauce pan add milk, heavy cream, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Cook on a low heat for five minutes stirring occasionally. You don't want to scald your milk so keep it low !
While milk mixture is heating through mix together your egg yolks and sugar. beat until creamy about 3 minutes or so
Once the milk mixture is heated through let it cool for 1-2 minutes
Once it has cooled slowly mix in with your egg and sugar mixture
Continue mixing until all the ingredients are well combined
At this point I usually separate the eggnog into mason jars and add whatever booze additions fit my fancy (you can skip the booze)
If serving same day make sure to allow mixture to sit in fridge from 2-4 hours to give all the flavors time to mingle. This also tastes best once it has sat for a few days !
Before serving add your whipped egg whites to give your eggnog another level of texture and also looks really nice when presenting when placed on top
Boozy Eggnog Options
These ingredients can be added to your eggnog once it is finished or you can skip the homemade part and add to your favorite store bough eggnog. We also like things boozy around here so you can feel free to adjust the amount of alcohol being added to fit your fancy
