As we come to the close of March we want to bring with it a celebration of all things Women! This month we first had to celebrate one of the most important woman in my life (Hope AKA Momma) Birthday. We then set out to listen, learn, and reflect on all the ways women trailblazers had helped pave the way for our future freedoms and rights. We felt moved to find a small way to pay homage to all the women who inspired or took action for change, and help us to feel empowered to strive to do the same. Those of you that know our humble little blog and our Mother Daughter Duo antics will understand that our passion is drinking and eating mostly, but outside of that we also have a passion for and strive to support local. So this month in celebration of Woman we chose to support a local Female owned and operated business. Our choice for this was none other than Miss Heidi's Tattoo shop in Orlando. We got some great recommendations from a good friend and had to check it out.
Miss Heidi's Tattoo shop is absolutley amazing! One of the best shops we have been to by far here in Orlando. The atmosphere is chill, clean and a great vibe. We don't mind most tattoo shops, but sometimes walking in you can feel uncomfortable or not always immediately welcomed. Not at Miss Heidi's !! We loved it it all From the professional hospitable greeting walking in the door to the professional, clean, and comfortable setting when taken to the room. We were made to feel right at home, offered beverages and given great recommendations for places to eat if hungry. Our tattoo artist ??? was so friendly, professional, and accommodating to our requests. She was sure to make our vision and design just what we wanted while bringing to the table her vision and suggestions. Never pushy, but simply trying to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. We honestly were overwhelmed by how good of an experience we had here and in the future will be returning customers to this shop and tattoo artist. We highly recommend checking them out for your future tattoo needs.

Laslty, we want to just simply celebrate ALL our Female Family, Friends and Followers near and far! We appreciate each of you and know you are out there kicking ass everyday as all woman do. We celebrate you and all the incredibly amazing Woman that make up what is good in our world! We encourage you all to do the same and go our and search for a female owned and operated business and show them some support and love in the next following weeks.
